At Marcards, we stand behind the quality of our products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact email@example.com within 10 days from the date you receive your order, return the order in its entirety (or as close as possible) and we will refund the full purchase price of the product(s) in question, excluding shipping and processing costs.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for:
- Spelling and grammatical errors made by the end user.
- Poor quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
- Color conversion issues between RGB and Pantone modes to CMYK.
- Errors introduced by the customer during the design modification process.
- Damage to the products during or after delivery to the end user.
